So many with this company and unethical leadership. CEO treats employees terribly. Has terrible reputation. I should have listened. Take friends on trip with company money. Lies on federal documents. Employees quit weekly. HR does nothing. The financials are hidden and scrubbed for the board and all business partners. CMO is never around and does whatever the CEO tells her to do. They hire friends to be lackeys. There is no loyalty at Precept.

No career advancement unless you are an exec favorite no matter the quality of your work. There are a select few people who match executive and CEO’s lack of professionalism and wildly inappropriate behavior. These are the only people management cares about. This place is basically a fraternity or sorority. It doesn’t matter if you hit your numbers or do your job well—if you challenge executives even for the good of the business you will be ostracized. CEO walks a fine line with sexual harassment. Marketing executives are very absentee and have their own agendas. They frequently take credit for other people’s work and think they walk on water when other people in the industry think they are a joke.
