      Strong Core Values. Everyone, from the President down, are very friendly, supportive and professional.

      I haven't found any cons with this company. Any issues or concerns I've encountered were addressed and mitigated professionally.

      Pros

      Overall, a compelling mission of supporting the military.

      Cons

      Gaining new contracts faster than they can manage the growth of personnel. Very quick to fire people that do not immediately produce. Minimal onboarding and minimal vetting in the interview process for developers (may be to your benefit)

      Good work life balance for employees

      Cons

      Issues within the corporate team that effect the entire company. Lack of trust with each other, typical clicks, lack of teamwork. A lot of turnover in the corporate team. Not sure the owner knows all that goes on there.
