      They are great at making a lot of money

      Cons

      They only care about making a lot of money. The health insurance is horrible. They are buying up every company they can. Their goal is to end up like standard aero. They appear to care about the customer but they care even less about the employees.

      The people that work in this facility are great.

      Cons

      Benefits are the wrist I've ever seen. A employee that needs to cover their family on their plan will be basically working for free. Pay is low both compared to the market and looks lower when the benefits are this bad. Unless you carry your own insurance or have another route for insurance its expensive to work here
