      Pros

      No consistency don't have to know your job no one else does either. Pay is ok but less time you hold benefits

      Cons

      All about money for them dont expect it to flow your way, few holidays observed, no vacation accumulation, no health insurance match, a parent company owning several small businesses (investments) once they can will sell so don't look for new equipment new ideas new investments in the facilities there not holding on long enough passing the buck to the next owners. They'll tell you anything and do nothing. Keep paper track of when they say you'll get raises or bonuses

      Pros

      Company has a pay for performance culture which rewards those that perform well - which some people don't like, consistent annual growth, and has opened 3 new locations in the last 4 years. You create your own path with performance - Sales, Shop, Admin, etc. I have benefitted prom the performance culture - from hourly employee to now being a Manager. negative comments about CEO surprise me, he has mentored me for years. He can be tough, but very fair and has high expectations of all employees.

      Cons

      Management team seems busy and stressed - could have more - "Company Wide" communication.

      Pros

      Overall the employees are good people with of course a few exceptions. It is interesting to see things from a repair vendor perspective.

      Cons

      The lack of professional protocols within the work place. Your business is like air. All over the place if you are not liked. Jealousy runs like water. If the market changes so does your job status. You are out the door with no mercy!
