Pros

In addition to contributing to the development of novel, cutting-edge therapeutics, Precision really takes care of you. In addition, the atmosphere is very friendly and collaborative. There are many opportunities for advancement and branching out into alternative careers. The benefits are fantastic. The people are great.

Cons

The same cons associated with any biotech company.

Flexible working options during COVID. Great line manager! Dedicated teams working together as teams! Food trucks!!

Cons

Lack of interaction - but this was driven by COVID restrictions.
