Pros
I learned a lot and there was always the opportunity to learn more I loved my job and was very disappointed when I was laid off
Cons
When there is a change in procedures there should be a group meeting so everyone is informed. I worked in several areas and needed to be informed of all changes; sometimes changes were told to me from follow employees and not management. Leaving me to trust their word on the changes for you can't be running to management all the time.
