Pros

Learned a ton. Great company from a technical standpoint, you really learn how to do the job right. Mostly great coworkers. Ability to work from home on an as needed basis (office workers).

Cons

Expects people to be available 24/7, even on vacation. Too many incompetent people who should be at least reprimanded, if not fired, who aren't because of family ties to higher-ups. Nepotism is rampant. Lots of throwing other people under the bus, leading to defensiveness in a high pressure work environments.
