I left a former employer because I was recruited by PCC in Huntington Beach. I was with my prior employer for over three years. I never saw my boss except for a morning production meeting. One day I receive a phone call to meet my boss in his office. He notifies me that I am not meeting the requirements of the position and I am being terminated. Never any prior discussions about my work performance or job requirements with my boss or Human Resources. Facility is dirty and all Executive Management cares about is shipping product. At ANY cost. Investors beware of this company, they are requesting loans on inventory that does not exist... Unethical Executive Management running the company into the ground...

PCC doesn't mind cutting your job regardless of the years you have with the company or the assets you provided to the companies growth. PCC is probably the most stressful and cut throat companies you will ever work for. PCC can't define team orientation! The Division Management increases their bonuses while cutting the hard working facility Managers and facility employees. The Division VP's treat their employees like dirt and use no professionalism while speaking to their employees like dirt. PCC sets sales goals that can't be met by the facilities in order to falsify growth.
