      -Compensation was decent and lots of overtime opportunities due to production always being behind goals.

      Cons

      -Endless hours -Unappreciative and demanding management -Forced overtime more often than voluntary -70+ hr weeks for production managers

      Fast paced environment where other full time engineers rely on co-ops/interns to perform meaningful work. Good office environment, good interaction with the manufacturing area and a great place to learn various manufacturing processes.

      Slightly more downtime than preferred here and there.
