      It looks good on a resume.

      Where to begin? * The pay is far below market and bonuses are based off company performance. They will lure you in with the promise of a 20% bonus, but you most likely will not come anywhere near that * They refuse to hire the proper amount of employees for the amount of work they have. * The culture is stale. It feels like you're working for the company in the movie Office Space. * PTO is bad. You get a bump in PTO every 5 YEARS! There is far more to say, but honestly, run as far away as you can.
