Interesting work and decent salary. Never a dull moment.

Cons

In a permanent state of crisis, serious cultural problems throughout the organization. High turnover rate within senior/middle management positions leaves very scope for addressing long term issues within the business. Whilst there are examples of good practice within the business these are juxtaposed with the very worst examples.
