Pros

Being a welder, the pressure is not as great as someone in a production grinding position. With enough support, requests and a few months, they might be willing to accommodate your requests. Bonuses.

Cons

Benefit 'out of pocket' is high. Overtime and hours can change at any time. They are always finding new ways to take bonus percentages away.

Pros

relatively easy jobs, employees easy to get along with, very diverse population.

Cons

Precision Castparts is a fortune 500 company and operates like one. Management is only after the bottom line. They treat employees like they are disposable. they change policy on a whim without any consideration of the reprocussions. The list can go on forever.
