      Pros

      I have been a technician at Precision for almost 3 years now. The training was top notch, I felt empowered to do my job effectively and profitably by the time I completed training. The compensation is more than fair. Work schedule is balanced allowing for good work/home balance.

      Cons

      The only real con I can think of is that the job is physically demanding, but for individuals who enjoy working (like me) this could be considered a pro.

      Pros

      The 4-day, 10-hour workweek gives me meaningful extra time with my family and has been a huge boost to work-life balance. The culture is genuinely family-like and close-knit, with fun company events and team-building activities that keep people connected. Leadership and coworkers are supportive, the vacation structure is decent, paid holidays are appreciated, and the overall environment is positive and welcoming. Precision is a place where people actually enjoy coming to work!!

      Because it’s a smaller, close-knit operation, growth opportunities may be slower or depend on timing and available roles.
