Pros

Best company I have ever worked for. Management treats employees with respect and dignity - they care 100% that you are 100% happy.

Cons

Only cons are that if you dont want to work 50 hours+/wk, this is the wrong place to be. Also, to an extent, as a technician you are at thr mercy of the marketing team as far as call volume and call quality

This was an amazing, caring, family environment to work in.

Cons

Benefits have been cut (too expensive to afford now with the pay you recieve), call center has been transferred to another company and SEVERLY understaffed, company was recently sold to Neighborly so lots of changes there too.

they still have to follow precision rules.

Cons

New owners are breaking every single rule. Employees are quitting because they are mistreating them.customer services is not good anymore. The owners Robert and Sandy are the worse that ever happened to this market. They offer you a good salary and you end up getting pay really bad.
