Its still a trade and they think everyone can do it. You need to know the product and how it works and know garage doors to be successful and not just a salesmen.

Cons

Work to like balance. Working 70 plus hours a week. TERRIBLE scheduling. Management needs a lot of work. Values in the wrong place. Product is high vs other local places.

Working for Precision Door Service of Virginia Beach is amazing. In all reality I work for both Precision Door Service of Virginia Beach and Precision Door Service of Richmond. Both locations are owned by the same couple. I find that with this company I am provided with outstanding benefits, a Fair salary and your work environment that is very welcoming. I have now worked for this company for approximately six and a half years and I can tell you that I plan on retiring from this company.

Cons

The cons of working for Precision Door Service of Virginia Beach? I honestly cannot think of any. In almost 7 years I have yet to be disappointed by this company.
