Pros

Great Commission Structure, Company Truck, Adequate software, good training.

Cons

Steep learning curve on some of the repairs. Generally no money made on recalls. Night time on call is really the biggest problem.

Pros

The co workers were very friendly. The owners kept the employees informed of what was going on in the company. Busy growing company. Fast paced office. Questions were answered when asked.

Cons

Sometimes the paperwork didn't match and it took time to figure out and fix it to match. Not getting paper work in on time for month end. Some of the techs were hard to work with. They expected the girls in the office to do extra work for them and to run around getting paperwork when not needed.
