      Don't bother, review is specific to MA/CT franchise, I'm sure there are other locations that are much better managed.

      You will get a pay check though it probably wont be correct

      They pay commission but checks are always wrong and you have to watch your money like a hawk, ownership is greedy, scheduling is terrible and you will be needlessly double booked, hope you like working forced 60 hour+ weeks and at the same time having no guarantee that they will give you any work that you can make money off of at all, 6+ days a week is norm, company is always hiring because they treat their employees poorly and no one in their right might will work for them.

      they still have to follow precision rules.

      Cons

      New owners are breaking every single rule. Employees are quitting because they are mistreating them.customer services is not good anymore. The owners Robert and Sandy are the worse that ever happened to this market. They offer you a good salary and you end up getting pay really bad.

      Co-workers are usually cool people, sales people are always fun and friendly.

      Cons

      Manger and owner are the main problem. They make it difficult to work there. The job itself is fun but good luck with your paycheck. This place is a revolving door.
