Pros

Decent pay for the work you're doing. Company vehicle, gas card, and tablet. Friendly coworkers, and managers are usually easy to get ahold if you have a question or need a hand.

Cons

The cons i can think of are few and far between, but that isn't to say it's the perfect work place. The main and most discerning "con" is the sometimes blatant disregard for the knowledge intrinsic to the trade. Although, at the end of the day, the customer gets a longer lasting piece of hardware if they choose to move forward with your quote; a clear understanding of the way each piece of hardware actually works can sometimes be glaringly absent and it seems to be solely to blame on a replace>repair mindset.

Salary is good, if you like to work. Different places every day. Great team environment. Great support network. Excellent products to sell.

Cons

This company is very high paced and requires many hours with constant dedication. The job flow can sometimes be inconsistent, but that’s mostly driven by the consumers.

Don't bother, review is specific to MA/CT franchise, I'm sure there are other locations that are much better managed.

You will get a pay check though it probably wont be correct

Cons

They pay commission but checks are always wrong and you have to watch your money like a hawk, ownership is greedy, scheduling is terrible and you will be needlessly double booked, hope you like working forced 60 hour+ weeks and at the same time having no guarantee that they will give you any work that you can make money off of at all, 6+ days a week is norm, company is always hiring because they treat their employees poorly and no one in their right might will work for them.
