Pros
Precision Science is definitely a different kind of company, but in a good way. The industry alone is something within it's own, but you learn so much along the way. What I loved the most about Precision was the not so intense atmosphere (not saying that it was not intense at times) but most of the time, everyone gets along great. You get a front row seat into learning so much about everyone's roles and how the business functions from day to day. You encounter everyone, from upper management to the manufacturers, so no one is left out of anything. From time to time, they'll have lunch brought into the office and the week off for Christmas is something I will TRULY miss but it's a great benefit of being a Precision Employee. They care so much about your work life balance which was highly appreciated. All in all, Precision is a great company to work for, especially the front office crew!

Depending on what your main field is and if you are looking to grow, unfortunately, there is not much growth in the company.
