Compensation isn't terrible. It includes a salary and benefits package.

Cons

- The entire operation is a circus of disorganization - Sudden changes are constant, and communication is a joke - Employees are left in the dark and then forced to clean up the wreckage - Leadership throws blame at staff instead of owning their own failures - The real incompetence comes from the top, not the people working hard below
