Pros

This company goes above and beyond to take care of not only it's external clients but also it's employees. They demonstrate time and time again an appreciation for their staff and the efforts put forward.

Cons

I have no cons to report at this time.

Pros

Preffered credit is a company that truly cares about their employees. They often give incentives when offering optional overtime. Work life balance is possible because of the set schedules. Not to mention everyone is very helpful and friendly. If you are eager to learn, they will provide all the tools you need to succeed and move up with the company.

Cons

First week of training may seem overwhelming but, by the second week you will be glad you joined the team!

Pros

I have never worked for an organization that truly lives by their Values, Vision and Mission. For PCI it’s not just words on a wall, it’s real. I also greatly appreciate the work-life balance. Sure, we are all busy and have busier times but nobody here (from the top down) will make you work around the clock. Any off-balance is due to the individual pushing themselves, not PCI.

Cons

Sometimes we may be too flexible with the rules and give a lot of chances. We bring in new team members wanting them to succeed so will train and re-train in our Operation/Support Center departments in hopes everything will work out. We have some turnover just like most companies.
