Good health benefits that is about it.

Cons

Asphalt Division Too too many management staff, they bully the lower level employees, very dishonest, do as I say not as I do mentally. Too much favoritism, if you are not apart clique you will be treated unfairly and you will not get overtime. Unprofessional management staff. Not an equal opportunity employer. Never get credit for your work. Never take your problems and/or issue to HR because they will sweep it under the rug then come after you.
