The company has good employee benefits. They offer reasonably price insurance, 2 weeks of vacation and a 401k match

Cons

The management style Is cut throat. They care more about covering up for poor management than fixing the actual problem.

The company is great! They have tremendous incentives for employees and give back.

Cons

The management team is pretty bad. Constant micro managing and not allowing growth for lower/middle managers.
