Great company. Makes a substantial effort to try and create a good workplace for employees. Generous bonus, profit sharing and 401k matching.

Cons

A good work/home life balance is not a priority, but this is also not a priority throughout this industry.

Cons

Long hours when its busy season (up to 70 hours). Unpredictable start times. Sometimes you only get 10 hours off, before your next shift begins. Must be prepared to work any given Saturday.
