      Pros

      Work can be fun. You will get to see all aspects of a vehicle build: design, engineering, electric, final assembly. The company will let you take almost unlimited time off, albeit unpaid.

      Cons

      Never get reviews and raises. Will not tell you what your work schedule is. Will not tell you if working Saturday is required until Thursday or Friday. Corporate leadership lives for their jobs and expects everyone else to live for their job.
