Some of management, temps make almost as much as someone that's been there for 2 years. They hate to give OT, not much room for growth.

Good pay and benefits. Great co-workers for the most part. Flex time schedule allows you to report to work either early in the morning or a bit later.

Cons

Yearly self evaluations which are worthless. Management not real concerned with developing talent. Not much done to improve employee morale.

Flexible with regards to working from home at times. good people here summer friday hours 10 paid holidays

Cons

Tons of favoritism no diversity. have zero people of color in leadership positions substantial pay differences within the same roles based off of who you are and who likes you A good old boys club Under value very good workers lay off people and just give there responsibilities to others instead of hiring better talent horrible vacation time. 10 days then 15 days after 5 years
