Work life Balance is great Company car + Fuel card Company seems to have a promising future with backing of current PE partner.
Cons
Limited amount of Account Managers but lots of reporting requirements to other teams, managers in the organization. Promotions occur frequently at the VP+ level but are rare below that level In reality, internal movement with the company is much harder than what's promised when going through the interview process. When you take a job, expect to be in that job for years. All roads eventually lead back to Chicago, so if you have no interest in relocating there in the future, just know that's where you'd have to be if you want to become a player in the company.
