Pregis provides a great opportunity to drive your individual career path. The company culture is outstanding and you are encouraged to work as a team and you are allowed to take risks. Ideas to "do things better" are readily accepted and often implemented. The work environment is friendly and fast paced and our customers are second to none.

Cons

Huge opportunity to improve our information technology, but we have made investments and are making significant progress.
