Pros

Management Team was solid, all managers commuicated well and had the same common goal. All managers were supportive, caring, supportive, laid back and driven individuals. Nothing but good vibes.

Cons

The plant is unsafe, doors stay open throughout the day and night, employees can walk in out, same with former or recently terminated staff. Too lienent on attendance, known problematic employees, operating and trouble shooting unsafe machinery without standardized SOP's.
