Pregis is always growing. Acquisitions occur every year which creates career opportunities.

Cons

Roles in commercial sales can be lonely at times with little interaction with other "team members". Headquarters is in Chicago so if you aspire to a high level in the company, you'll be expected to relocate to the Greater Chicago area at some point.
