      Pros

      It is a solid company that continues to grow as it is part of eCommerce as a packing supply company. There is room to advancement in the production, maintenance & supply chain side if you are willing to put in hard work. Their paid Holidays are great!

      Cons

      Big discrepancy with the pay scale between the salary and skilled hourly workers. Raises are only once a year and usually less than 3%. The benefits package is average. Cost of insurance is high. Paid time off is only 2 weeks until five years, no sick time is given.
