Pros

The strength of the company is a strong employee base that has a can do approach. Culture is about solutions and moving forward, not blame based. Executive committement. If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding environment this is it!

Cons

Not a strong training program. Need to supplement the can do approach with training and tools to make the knowledge base stronger. The company needs more diversity in the executive management team.
