Pregis pushes it's employees to be the best they can be by encouraging them to attain and utilize new skills that not only relate to their day to day work, but can be used in multiple roles within the company. They offer competitive pay and benefits, flexibility with hours, and a friendly work environment that encourages teamwork.

Cons

Can be very cliquey. Definite favoritism.
