Hours, some work life balance

Cons

Lack of loyalty, inconsistent standards, will force you to change shifts constantly, lack of follow through, health insurance plan in insanely expensive, no integrity from executives, holds operations and plant team responsible for sales performance, does not follow EEO laws, does not enforce sexual harrassment and racial discrimination laws

Cons

Poor upper management leadership. Care only about the bottom line…not the people. Inappropriate behavior from upper management. Company is too big - losing focus on mission and vision.
