Pros
Pregis is a wonderful company to work for. It is such a large company and is continuously growing. The customer service department is exceptional and ever so helpful. The employees are very nice, and work diligently. This is the best company I have ever worked for. My co-workers make me feel included, it is like a little tight knit family. I keep hoping my position will become full time. Pay is good, and definitely fair. My boss is SO understanding. Just a fa-nominal company!
Cons
The position I hold is temporary. I wish it would become full time. The cons of being a temp at Pregis is that the company I work for does have paid holidays, paid vacation days, or sick days.
