Largely less Stress, Manager was nice.

Cons

No future, Older Employees make no room for younger employees to thrive. If a management position is open, external candidates (usually not too good) get a fair shake. No vertical movement. The company only looks to get acquired, there is no actual ambition in the employees or management.
