Pros
The staff ate really nice and care about there work. Layed back atmosphere. When you ask for a day off you get it.
Cons
When pregis just took over the company I worked at, they fired most of the senior staff and install their own managers. These managers did not understand the industry and then relied on the senior staff to do their job. The managers spend more time in meetings with each other thinking of ideas then working with the employees. The company believes having more managers is a solution to their problems. Even though because of lack of employees, the quality of the product they produce is poor. There solution to this is temporary workers instead of full time staff, to save money. Because of this the moral of the whole facility is poor at best. Pregis is only concern with big ideas, but never thinks through how to implement these ideas. Management is out of touch with the concerns and day to day issues and just focuses on grandiose ideas.
