An amazing opportunity to learn, grow and impact. You get to work with a team full of brilliant, driven, collaborative leaders who aren't afraid to be wrong fast.
Cons
Under staffed, shifting priorities. Typical start up stuff.
Colleagues are very intelligent and driven and many come from top schools and prestigious employers. Executive team leads by example and CEO does all initial interviews with candidates. Work is meaningful and impacts thousands of community banks in the U.S. and their millions of customers. Fully paid for company offsites for all employees twice a year allow employees to really understand company goals and receive training and build stronger community.
Cons
Travel to customer onsites is required a few times a year. Every employee is expected to be able to be able to speak to customers and help with product QA and be technical so the expectations are much higher than traditional roles.
