Good company

Pros

Lots of amazing people, great Agile support, fantastic work life balance, invests in continuous learning, work from home support was good, and competitive pay at least in my position (pension is nice to have, yearly bonus, training and education budgets, health benefits)

Cons

Outdated benefits that are not competitive with other companies in the area (PTO and sick pay are one bucket, no fertility benefits, no fully paid maternity/paternity leave, 8 paid holidays) even though they have promotion tracks no one in my position has ever been promoted -instead they hire externally, layoffs were not strategic and we lost a ton of knowledge with no handoff, tons of reorgs, new leadership doesn’t seem to have a good vision, lack of diversity and transparency
