Pros

Fast growing business, Management support team both upstream and downstream are great! I made enough money doing this made my own schedule so I was able to have more time with my family. It's a win win!

Cons

Returning old discontinued pieces can sometimes be very frustrating to track the item number.

Pros

The people who worked for me are good people.

Cons

This company claims to be a Christian company yet they laid me off less than a week after I buried my mother. I worked overtime and weekends, whatever it took to get it done for 3 years.

Pros

Flexible hours Social OK money when shows hold and downside is performing

Cons

Its direct sales, which comes with lots of cons. Must be willing to ask everyone you see if they want to have a show, or if they're interested in hearing about the business. This gets old after a while. Also Premier is very religious. And, depending on one's upline, one is exposed to that quite often. I attended several national rallys (what they call their national conference) and was disheartened to feel like it is one big Jesus saves event with some jewelry training sprinkled in. They tell their jewelers they love us all no matter our beliefs, but a quick Google search finds that the company CEO invests in political advertising that supports anti marriage equality legislation. By the way, glass door has the incorrect CEO listed. Andy's son Tim has taken over for his father.
