      Pros

      The comrodary of other women and so much help online via Facebook and you tube is awesome! Profit of 50% and hostess program are the best all around and no comparisons to other direct companies.

      Cons

      Is a big investment, but can be made up with possibly six home shows of your own.

      50% commission, opportunity to make REALLY good money. The company gives back so much to so many, so you feel good working with them.

      Pros

      They had a fantastic group in my area that were so quick to help and give me guidance as someone new to sales. I would highly recommend this if you're looking to work at a flexible schedule and can work hard!

      Cons

      It does require hard work to run your own business! But if you're ready to work hard, then it's not a con at all!
