      Pros

      I can make my own hours and work as little or as much as I want. I earn 50% commission on everything I sell. I meet new people at each show and, in turn, those people also meet new people. Bringing the Premier Designs jewelry into a hostess's home is not only sharing the jewelry with her, but it's also a fun and enjoyable time for everyone.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons about Premier. The leadership and values of Premier Designs are great. They really do care about their jewelers and acknowledge achievement, no matter how small.

      Pros

      I love that I can choose my hours and how much I want to work. I work premier around my regular 40 hour a week job and my children's activities. Immediate payday and the company is great to its jewelers!

      Cons

      Hardest thing for me is getting people to book parties.
