Friendly coworkers, open shifts, pay deduction for healthcare and food services.

Cons

Low pay for the amount of work you do. Extensive training and little to no flexibility for what is considered excused/unexcused. No concern for entry health matters.

Pay is decent. On par with surrounding competitors.

Cons

Staffing is always a struggle. Patient acuity is not a factor when making assignments. Upper management is all about the bottom line and patient satisfaction surveys. Bias is a big problem.
