      Pros

      Some amazing and knowledgeable nurses. Great opportunity to see and learn a lot. Level 1 trauma center so you see some crazy stuff.

      Cons

      Very political. It's clear the company does not value their employees. Look at the multi million dollar bonuses the CEO's/presidents got in the past couple years....yet staff RN's, techs, etc haven't gotten a christmas bonus in 3 years.
