      Friendly managers; I like the work; flexible schedule

      Cons

      Not the best pay in the world, though better than most food service; can be stressful, department is currently understaffed. So many changes in health care right now that make me nervous about the future.

      Horrible!! Treated like a slave, lots of intimidation and unfair write ups. They target certain people over others.

      Nothing now. It used to be a great place to work.

      Cons

      They are looking to fire or cut peoples' hours as they are $12 million dollars in the hole. I got fired for stupid reasons because they are just looking to reduce the head count. They are NOT the region's leader anymore and could care less about the workers. They just want to keep the census up!

      enjoyed some of the people i worked with can use time card as a credit on purchases at hospital ability to trasistion in roles based on your skills

      management to lax , adding too many duties and expectations that are not realistic
