Make your own schedule coworkers are very sweet

Cons

Supervising is horrible. High school issues with a teenage leader who cultivated toxic work environment. When you report things properly it’s not taken serious unless you surpass regular hr and go to department heads. Management is a real issue in EAP. Attempted to fire several people for no reason. Catty behavior. Deplorable professionalism.
