      - many shifts open - available to work at multiple locations - friendly coworkers

      Cons

      - lack of overtime available - difficulty negotiating pay increases, good reviews and hard work are not considered in pay - overwhelmed management - lack of communication between clinic and front desk staff and well as physicians

      Pros

      I have had a good experience with Premier Health. Coming into a different stage in life and work, my experience has been pleasant. I have received, not only, fantastic initial training & cross training but on-going assistance as well. I could not ask for a better experience.

      Cons

      This is not really a con but if I had to pick something it would be that I at times have to go to another location. There is nothing wrong with the other locations other than the drive is longer.
