Good Working Environment and salary was on time. management gives good importance to the Women employees.

Cons

management wont care what is happening on the floor and who has done the mistakes and just gives a lot of priority to senior women employees. wont take any secondary information about the issues on the floor.

The culture of the best Company is by far the greatest asset. You can tell that they truly care about the happiness of their employees. It's a really relaxed and calm environment, even though the work we do can be fast paced. I don't dread coming into work on Monday mornings and the manager is extremely patient and understanding. -Good Salary -Flexible Timings -Benefits
