Company cares and tries to keep talent whenever possible.

Cons

Small company trying to gain market share which means lots of success and failure. Salaries are a little low in comparison to other defense contractors.

Premier is a great place to work!

Pros

Competitive salary and great benefits. Management cares and they listen. The company does nice things for employees like gift cards on your birthday, family summer picnic and a great holiday party. They also do canned food and clothing drives, cancer walks and Habitat for Humanity. I think Premier is a great place to work.

Cons

I haven't had any problems at all.
