      Pros

      Good benefits, got bonuses, lots of test equipment on the job sites and support. Not everything is about the numbers because the managers were once in the field and will go back out sometimes to get the work done whenever its needed.

      Cons

      Lots of travel and long hours. Go, go, go. Work doesn't have much of a slow down. Lots of gossip and rumors. I just wanted to work.

      Pros

      Its a job. You get to see the owner's toys all day in the shop waiting to be repaired, or just stored for all to see. Lets you know what is really important. Feeding the machine so they can buy more toys, million dollar homes, motorhomes, and boats, side by side. But we get to bust our hind ends on every outage that comes around and watch them sit in the truck and surf for new girlfriends.

      Cons

      Sad to see the parents of the entitled children left a great company so they can use it like a cash machine. Seeing a lot of good people leave in droves which makes it harder for the rest of us. Long hours. below market pay. below market benefits. No recognition of the hard work you do. Owners and managers seem to be oblivious to everything except cracking the whip. More money, more money, more money! many people hired who know nothing that are paid more than those that have been here a long time.
